Experience from inside large-scale AI transformation
ACA AI is the independent practice of Ayesha, a design thinking lead and director with more than 16 years in multidisciplinary design, from UI and UX to service design, strategic communications and AI transformation.
For seven years I worked at e& (Etisalat Group) in Dubai across three teams, most recently as Director of AI Transformation. I now support organisations as a freelance consultant, bringing strategy, governance and a human centred lens to the same challenges.
